Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. The company is fully licensed, bonded and insured, and all cleaners are W-2 employees covered under that business license, bonding and insurance. If something is damaged or broken during a visit, the company replaces or repairs it.

How do you determine pricing?
Work is billed by the hour. Time estimates are based on the size of your home, the service type and its current condition, and you receive a quote before the appointment so there are no surprises.
Do you bring your own supplies and vacuum?
Yes. The team brings everything it needs, including all of its plant-based cleaning products, supplies and equipment.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No. The team can care for your space whether you are home or away, and works with your preferred access method such as a key, lockbox code, garage code or building entry code. Access information is stored securely.
What is your cancellation policy?
At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to fees.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Invoicing runs through the Jobber platform, and the company accepts Zelle, PayPal, check and credit card. Zelle is the company's preferred method.
