Are you accepting new patients?

What insurance do you accept?
We accept most insurance plans and will work with you to help you get the most out of your benefits. Carriers listed include Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Premera, and United Health Care. Call (206) 789-0111 to confirm coverage for your specific plan.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Yes. We provide emergency dentistry, including immediate pain relief, tooth extractions, fillings, root canal therapy, repairs for broken or chipped teeth, and treatment of gum infections or abscesses. We make every effort to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments for emergency patients, and we provide emergency after-hours contact information for our patients.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Our Wellness Club membership plan is designed for individuals and families without traditional insurance coverage. Plans are $42 per month for adults 14 and older, $36 per month for children 13 and under, and $76 per month for patients with periodontal disease. Each plan includes professional cleanings, doctor exams, needed x-rays, and one emergency exam per year, plus 20 percent off all other treatments, with a $139 lifetime activation fee. Some exclusions may apply.
Can I get a crown in one visit?
Yes. We offer CEREC same-day crowns, so your crown can be designed and placed during a single appointment instead of requiring a separate visit for placement.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We offer pediatric dentistry, including kids' cleanings, dental sealants, and cleanings and preventative care, so families can be seen at the same practice.
What are your hours and where are you located?
Our Crown Hill office is at 1421 NW 85th St, Seattle, WA 98117. We are open Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
