What types of cleanings do you offer?
The most popular services are weekly cleanings, every 2 week cleanings, every 4 week cleanings, one time cleanings and move in or move out cleanings. Scrub! also cleans condo common areas such as hallways and foyers, along with small offices.
Are you insured?
Yes. Scrub! Residential Cleaning carries full liability insurance through Grange Mutual Casualty Company, and all Cleaning Specialists are covered under the company's Workman's Compensation insurance through Amtrust.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Scrub! supplies everything except a vacuum, which clients are asked to provide so that vacuums are not carried between homes. Bleach is not supplied, so leave out a bottle of Tilex if your bathroom needs it. If you have a preferred product, the team is happy to use it.
Are your cleaners employees or independent contractors?
All Cleaning Specialists are employees of Scrub! Residential Cleaning, not independent contractors. Scrub! pays unemployment insurance and workers comp insurance for every team member and handles all state, federal and city taxes.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Rates vary based on home size, including bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, and on how often you want service. Scrub! will email a quote after you fill out the online quote form, or you can call the office during business hours to talk it through.
What happens if I am not happy with a cleaning?
Scrub! backs its work with the 'De-Stress, De-Mess, Delight' Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, the team returns within 2 business days to make it right. You also receive a one click, one question survey after each cleaning.
What if I need to cancel a scheduled cleaning?
Scrub! asks for at least 2 full business days of notice to skip or cancel a cleaning. With less than 2 full business days of notice there is a $70 cancellation fee, and same day cancellations are charged at the full rate.
