Scott's Roofing is a Colorado roofing contractor founded by Gary Nickell in 2012 and based in Lafayette, serving the greater Front Range area including Boulder, Denver, Longmont, Louisville, Broomfield, Erie and surrounding cities. The company handles both residential and commercial work, installing asphalt shingle, metal and stone coated steel roofs on homes and EPDM, TPO, silicone, metal and shingle systems on commercial buildings, plus roof repairs, ongoing maintenance, storm and hail damage work, and roof restoration and coating. Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who stays on site and walks property owners through the insurance claim process, including meeting with adjusters. Roof inspections are free for residential and commercial properties, and work is backed by warranties on both materials and workmanship. In most cases roof installations are completed in just one day. Cleanup follows the install, including powerful magnets to collect nails and other debris, and typically takes one to two days to finish.
