Which ceramic coatings do you offer?
Starke Thor Ceramic Coating provides gloss, slickness, and hydrophobic performance for up to 3 years. Starke Kraken Graphene Ceramic Coating combines graphene technology with ceramic protection for up to 4 to 5 years. Kovalent Prolong Ceramic Coating delivers up to 5 years of durability. Do I need to be home while you detail my car?
No. As long as the team has access to the vehicle and the keys, you do not need to be present. Access to water and electricity helps the service run more efficiently, and the vehicle needs to be unlocked if you have chosen an interior service.
Can you fix paint scratches?
Run your fingernail over the scratch. If you can feel a small indent or abrasion, it is likely too deep to buff out, and where the scratch has gone far past the clear coat the team will point you toward touch-up painting. Paint correction removes scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and surface imperfections that sit within the clear coat.
What can be done about smoke odor?
Removing cigarette or marijuana odor requires fully cleaning the interior and headliner of the vehicle, followed by an ozone generator treatment to eliminate or mitigate the odor. A second treatment is sometimes necessary. Ozone Treatment is also offered on its own from $80.
How can I pay?
You can pay online using Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal, or pay in person with cash or check at the time of service. Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of service. If a vehicle needs more time or work than was originally scheduled, for example excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or odor, an additional fee is requested and discussed before the work continues.
