What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday from 9am to 6pm, Tuesday from 8am to 5pm, Wednesday from 7am to 4pm, and Thursday from 8am to 5pm. The office is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Which dental insurance plans do you accept?
The office accepts Aetna, Allegiant, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dentemax, First Dental Health, and MetLife, and also works with out of network insurance providers. Insurance claims are filed on your behalf.

What happens at a first visit?
New patient forms are sent by confirmation email. At the visit the team helps with check in and verifies insurance if applicable, the dentist performs a comprehensive exam of your teeth, gums, and mouth along with X-rays, and a professional cleaning with an oral cancer screening may be included.
