Revive Chiropractic Healing Center is a holistic mind, body and spirit practice in the West Loop of Chicago, Illinois, founded in 2019 by Dr. Callista (Lay) Funk, DC, RMT. Dr. Funk is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Physician who graduated from the National University of Health Sciences and has over 20 years of experience in the chiropractic field. Alongside chiropractic care, the clinic offers acupuncture, dry needling, fire cupping, rehabilitation, orthotics, red light therapy, Reiki, tarot and channeled healing, as well as service blends that combine treatments. Revive has grown a specialty focus in chronic neck and TMJ pain plus fertility and pregnancy care, with lab testing assessment, supplement protocols and care plans that support patients from conception through postpartum, and a partnership with Chicago Family Doulas for conception and birthing resources. The practice provides trauma informed care in an inclusive healing space, is always accepting new patients, provides forms online ahead of your visit, and is in network with BCBS, Aetna and UnitedHealthcare while also accepting self-pay patients.
