Restoration Chiropractic
Restoration Chiropractic is a chiropractic office at 4625 Trail Boss Drive Suite F in Castle Rock, Colorado, led by owner Dr. Jacob Hansen, D.C. and Dr. Allen Fair, D.C., both graduates of Parker University in Dallas, Texas. The practice cares for adults, children, families, and expectant mothers, treating back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, whiplash, disc disorders, spinal arthritis, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, SI joint pain, nerve and radiating pain, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal problems, with a stated goal of finding the cause of a problem rather than masking symptoms. Adjustments are supported by physiotherapy, intersegmental traction tables, and an individualized home care program of videos and stretches that practice members can follow between visits. The office runs an on site digital x-ray system and also takes motion x-rays, so imaging and results happen in house instead of at an outside facility. New patients start with a $169 New Patient Special that covers a consultation, comprehensive exam, doctor's report, and adjustment, followed by a report of findings visit where the doctor explains the cause of the problem, the treatment plan, how long it will take, and what it will cost. Spanish is spoken in the office, family plans are available, and veterans, first responders, and their spouses receive 25% off every future visit. Restoration Chiropractic does not accept insurance and is a non-participating provider of Medicare because of its clinic specialty.

FAQs
What does the New Patient Special include?
The $169 New Patient Special includes a consultation, comprehensive exam, doctor's report, and adjustment. Medicare eligible patients are excluded because the clinic is a non-participating provider of Medicare.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Restoration Chiropractic gives you options based on the level of care you want, with competitive prices and plans, rather than working through insurance. The office is a non-participating provider of Medicare due to its clinic specialties and is happy to help Medicare eligible patients find another local provider.
What happens at my first visit?
Call to schedule your initial exam, then plan for about an hour and arrive 15 minutes early, or 20 minutes early if you want to fill out paperwork in the office. You get a guided office tour, then a consultation and detailed history with the doctor, followed by a physical, orthopedic, neurologic, and spinal exam. If you are a candidate for care, an adjustment may be given that day, and a follow up report of findings visit covers what is causing your problem, the plan, how long it will take, and the cost.
Do you take x-rays in the office?
Yes. After your consultation and examination, the doctor may recommend x-rays based on his findings. The office has an on site digital x-ray system and also takes motion x-rays, which show what is moving and what is not.
Do you treat children and pregnant patients?
Yes. The practice provides gentle chiropractic care designed for children and growing bodies, and it cares for patients before conception, during pregnancy, and after birth.
What conditions do you treat?
Treatment covers back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, whiplash, disc disorders, spinal arthritis, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, SI joint pain, nerve and radiating pain, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disturbances. Maintenance and wellness care is also offered to help prevent problems from returning.
Is there a discount for veterans or first responders?
Yes. Present your service card or badge and you and your spouse receive 25% off every future visit.
Can I be seen without an appointment?
Walk-ins and same day appointments are accepted depending on availability. Calling ahead is the surest way to get a time that works for you.
