What is included in the price?
The Core package includes Thermal Intelligence, Home Protect, Home Sync, Solar and TOU Sync, installation, and removal of the old system. A 30 amp circuit install is an additional $500 and is included in the Max package.
Do you help with rebates and incentives?
Yes. Eligible rebates are applied at checkout and listed as $1,050 in Massachusetts, $1,200 in New Hampshire, and $1,150 in Maine as of 2026. Information to maximize your incentives is provided at the time of install.
What warranty comes with the system?
Each Reservoir carries a 10 year hardware warranty and a 2 year labor warranty, which can be extended with a service plan.
Can Reservoir run on a standard 120V plug?
Yes. Reservoir can be installed on a standard 120V plug until you are able to upgrade your electric panel with a 240V circuit for full functionality, which helps in an emergency replacement.

There are three steps: a virtual home assessment from your phone using a short survey and photos, a transparent quote covering the unit, plumbing, electrical work and eligible rebates that you reserve with a small down payment, then a one visit install.
Will Reservoir replace my existing water heater?
