Renos by Erf is a handyman and general contracting service based in Highlands Ranch, working across Douglas County and the South Denver Metro area. The stated goal is clean, quality work with attention to detail at a fair price. Handyman work covers drywall install and repair, interior and exterior painting, cabinet, door and window installation, siding, fascia and trim replacement, and general honey-do lists. Larger projects include kitchen, bath and whole home renovations, deck builds and repairs, and custom woodworking such as accent walls, baseboard and interior trim, and crown molding. The founder grew up in Littleton, started out in a rental and repair shop, and earned a mechanical engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines before returning to building things by hand. Estimates are free and can be accepted online.

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday. Work outside of normal business hours is by appointment only.

How does payment work?
Once you accept your estimate online it is converted to an invoice for the down payment. When the job is complete, a final invoice is sent.

Yes. Woodworking services include custom accent walls, baseboard and other interior trim replacement, crown molding addition or replacement, and exterior siding, fascia and trim replacement.
