Amy C is a gifted masseuse. I have been to three prenatal massage therapists, and Amy is exceptional...so good that I signed up for a monthly membership in the parking lot before leaving! She had clearly read my intake notes and took time to hear what I was hoping for and addressed my pain points.

Elise Jones

I had a great experience here ! The staff was very friendly and helpful with parking lol. I have experiences where other massage parlors try to make you book your next appointment right away , join and membership and all but this one didn’t!

Vanessa Gomez

Had my first massage at Renew yesterday with Opal, and it was fantastic. I appreciated the flexibility in session lengths—it’s great to have options. While it doesn’t offer the full luxury spa experience of some higher-end places, the quality of the massage was wonderful.

Kirsti Boston Wagner

I had a wonderful experience with my prenatal massage! I was able to book a next-day appointment, which was incredibly convenient. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of care I received. The massage therapist was knowledgeable, attentive.

Rachel Hare

Great experience at Renew! I was in a lot of pain, and they were able to schedule me at the last minute. Amy C does phenomenal work, a blend of deep tissue and myofascial. This place is the best kept secret in Denver.

LuAnn Hartley

I’ve spent quite some time scoping out a new massage studio and knew I wanted to come to Renew, but life kept getting in the way. Last Thursday I called to see if they could do an early evening appointment Saturday and took the latest available no questions asked.

Caitlyn Hester

I regularly have gotten excellent massages from Aleeta, but in emergencies, I book whatever is available first. I have never been upset with the licensed massage therapist. They provide quality service! Will always recommend Renew!

I’ve been to Renew twice. First time was for a 60 minute deep tissue with JJ and he was awesome, the pressure was perfect and my tension all melted away. Highly recommend him if you need intense pressure. Second time I visited was for a 30 minute therapeutic with Kayla.

Lara Bigotti

My massage with Tracy was AMAZING!! I had a very traumatic event the night prior and Tracy was extremely sensitive and kind to the situation! I felt so cared for while I was with her! I will definitely be returning to have a massage with her!

Hannah Slemp

Ana Maria was excellent for my lymphatic drainage massage! She explained everything well, she was engaging and the massage was absolutely soothing! Thank you♥️ Angie

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a conduct policy during sessions?
Yes. In a professional relationship, sexual intimacy, sexual innuendos, and inappropriate comments and/or touching are never appropriate. If any of this occurs, the session will be terminated immediately and possibly be reported to the proper agency.
Can I be refused treatment?
The most likely reason we would refuse to treat a client would be for medical reasons. A post-surgery recovery period and obvious illness would be possible examples.
Do you have any mask requirements?
Masks are currently optional for clients and staff. Staff will wear a mask upon request. All of our treatment rooms will be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned between every session and client. Hand Sanitizer available upon entry and in every room.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that circumstances arise, however, it is very difficult to fill your time slot with less than 24-hours notice.
What happens if I am running late for my appointment?
We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that will cause you to arrive late for your appointment. We will do our best to get you on the table as soon as you arrive so you can receive the remainder of your session length.
Do I need a doctor’s note to receive treatment after surgery
No, however, please be sure to speak to your doctor and obtain clearance from the doctor to receive massage on any affected areas. Please see our Post Surgery Policy for more details.
What should I do if I’m unhappy with my massage?
We expect our therapists to effectively communicate with you and we ask that you do the same with them. Let us know what you like and do not like. Be sure to communicate your pressure preferences and speak up if you would like more or less pressure.
Do you have a conduct policy during sessions?
Yes. In a professional relationship, sexual intimacy, sexual innuendos, and inappropriate comments and/or touching are never appropriate. If any of this occurs, the session will be terminated immediately and possibly be reported to the proper agency.
What services do you offer?
We offer various types of massage including Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Medical Massage, Cupping, Infused Lotion, Hot Salt Stones massages, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Essential Oil Alignment, and more.
What should I expect during my first massage therapy visit?
New Clients are expected to fill out our Client Intake and Consent form electronically before coming in. Once you are in the room, your Therapist will begin by asking you general questions to establish what areas you would like worked on, if there are any conditions needing to be addressed.
What should I wear to my massage?
Since most clients will be naked or in their underwear while on the treatment table, you should wear clothing that is easy to remove before your massage and easy to put back on when the massage is over. Loose, comfortable clothing is our usual recommendation.
How do I pick the right type of massage?
The best approach would be to browse our Therapist profiles on our website. They can give you a better idea of their specialties and knowledge so you can pick the therapist that best suits you. Not sure who to pick? Send us an email at frontdesk@renewmassagestudio.com or give us a call at 303.990.08
What kind of Oils and Lotions do you use?
We use hypoallergenic and organic massage creams from Zen Organics. We find this to be the best and safest product out there. For oils, we use Rocky Mountain Essentials which are some of the highest quality available and we also have Tiger Balm Liniment upon request.
Do I have to be naked for my massage?
Your Therapist will ask you to undress to your level of comfort. Many people prefer to keep their underwear on during a massage, while others prefer to be nude. It’s up to you. If you do remove your underwear, our Therapists must ensure that you are always properly covered/draped by a sheet.
Is it rude to fall asleep during a massage?
It is perfectly OK and safe to fall asleep during a massage. If you fall asleep, it won’t be a waste. Your nervous system still regulates. Your cortisol levels still drop. Your muscle tissue and ligaments still soften, release, and let go. The manipulation of joints still gives way to more space.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes! When you are booking an appointment be sure to select the name of the therapist you prefer.
Can I get a massage while I’m pregnant?
Women can begin massage therapy at any point in their pregnancy. Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.
Are your therapists all licensed, certified, & experienced?
All of our therapists are licensed Massage Therapists by Colorado’s Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), are Insured, and have experience in the massage field.
What if my massage hurts?
Open communication with your Therapist is key to a massage that meets your needs. If you have an injury or chronically tight or painful areas, be sure that your therapist is aware of it before the start of the session.
How long does a massage last?
We offer massages that last from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. The length of your massage is dependent on what you feel is necessary.
Where are you located?
We have two locations, so make sure you’re booking for the one you want. 765 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80209. We’re in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood of Washington Park. 2801 Youngfield St, Suite 121, Golden, CO 80401. We’re in the Applewood neighborhood.
