REM has been our air conditioning company for many years, for good reason. Joe and his entire staff (office and technicians) are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend REM Air!! My AC was out and I called around 4:00 pm, they had someone to my house within an hour! Chris was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He was able to make the necessary repairs the same day. He was a pleasure to meet.

Chris did a great job helping us out with our a/c leak. Not only did he fix the leak but he rerouted our piping so that I wouldn’t have to move drain to put in my air filter anymore. Plus he likes dogs, so that’s a win in our book. Thanks again for the speedy/professional service!

Best AC Heat maintenance. Our service tech, Chris, was professional and very thorough. He took the time to help us disengage the annoying schedules set on our ecobee thermostats. This required tutoring us on the use of an online app. Highly recommend REM.
