Yes. Full or partial packing and unpacking are available, and there are indoor storage units for rent so you can keep your belongings secure for as long as you need.
What is included in my move?
Your move includes tape, shrink wrap, and furniture pads, with 36 moving pads assigned to each truck per industry standards. Additional packing material such as boxes, wardrobe boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, packing paper, mattress bags, and TV boxes is available to purchase.
How do I pay?
Cash, credit, and debit cards are accepted. Payment is automatically drafted using the card on file unless otherwise specified.
What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit is required to reserve your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let the office know seven days in advance of your move date for a full refund.
What valuation coverage is available?
Two valuation options are offered. Basic Value Protection covers goods at 60 cents per pound per article at no extra cost, and Replacement Cost Protection covers full replacement value based on the claimed or weighted value, whichever is greater.
How do I file a damage claim?
Call the office to file a claim. Claims must be filed within 90 days of the move date and are subject to review, so include as much information and as many photos as possible.
