R.B. & Sons Roofing/Construction

I have been a property manager for over ten years and during that time have had contact with a number of different roofing companies who have wanted to do work for our community. I can guarantee that you will not find a better roofing company than R.B & Sons Roofing. They respond quickly when there is a problem and after the repairs they return to make sure that everything has been properly resolved. Thus when it was time to replace my shingles I did not have a single question about who I would have do the work. I knew the price would be very fair and much better than other companies. Also, I was certain that the work would be of the highest quality obtainable. Travis is very up to date on insurance companies and their requirements and is willing to put together all the necessary and needed information required for them to respond appropriately. I have recommended them without hesitation to other neighbors who have need their roof replaced. You just simply will not find a better company to work with in Utah Valley. Their honesty and quality speaks for itself.

What a pleasure to work with this great business. Travis took the time to educate us on our options and gave us a good bid. We shopped around quite a bit before choosing them. We appreciated the transparency, flexibility and quality of work done. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the property very well afterward. Would recommend to anyone needing a roof replaced

Awesome experience. As others have mentioned, their communication is superb, the quality of work is fantastic, and they get you taken care of incredibly fast. One thing I'd like to add, though, is how good they are at working with your insurance. Our original roof had been installed with a bad batch of shingles that started falling apart after around 15 years. During a bad windstorm, a bunch of shingles came off and I submitted a claim with the insurance. I mentioned that the roof was in bad overall shape, but the insurance company only agreed to pay for the wind damage. I called RB & Sons to get an estimate and Travis came out the next day. He immediately impressed me with how knowledgeable he was about working with insurance. As a pharmacist, I've spent a lot of time working with insurance companies, so I know how tricky and specific their requirements can be. Within minutes, Travis had explained all of the different things he could try to get the insurance company to cover the roof replacement we clearly needed. He took a bunch of pictures, did some additional research and handled virtually everything with the insurance. A couple of weeks later, they agreed to cover the cost of replacing the entire roof! So, while I would definitely recommend RB & Sons for any roofing project, if insurance is involved, I think you'd be stupid not to call RB & Sons. They really know how to get what you need covered by your insurance!

Travis and his team did a great job with our roof replacement in American Fork. Travis is very knowledgeable about insurance claims and we appreciated his help with that part of the process. The roofing team completed our project in 2 days and they cleaned everything up nicely. Travis was easy to work with and kept us informed when there was a slight delay with product delivery. He also provided lots of before, during and after photos to document the roof replacement. We can recommend RB and Sons for your roofing projects.

This roofing company did an excellent job and went the extra mile. They put in a new electric fan, installed a Sand Drip Edge, painted the exhaust pipes black so they wouldn’t leak. After the job was complete they cleaned the ward, picked up loose nails and made the yard look as though they had never been there. We liked the extended warranty on the shingles. We felt they took pride in their work. We highly recommend this company if you need a roof replaced.
