Ranger Property Maintenance is a veteran-owned handyman service working across Greeley and Northern Colorado. The business was started by Brandon, a former combat medic who came to Colorado through Fort Carson and built his family here. Watching his own grandparents face the challenges of staying safe and independent at home shaped the direction of the company, and home safety work remains a focus alongside everyday repairs. The licensed and insured team handles home repair, drywall repair and patching, TV mounting, fixture and ceiling fan installation, door repair and lock installation, lighting, small plumbing and electrical fixes, furniture and cabinet assembly, mirror and picture hanging, punch list and inspection report repairs, home sale preparation and Christmas light installation. Accessibility work covers grab bars, handrails, wheelchair and walker ramps, door widening, bathroom safety retrofits and better lighting. Commercial property maintenance is available as well. For homeowners who would rather stop scheduling one visit at a time, the Ranger Service Plan brings a dedicated Ranger out on a monthly or quarterly schedule with up to 3 hours of service time per visit, unused hours rolling forward and an after-visit report on what was completed. Every Ranger is background-checked and trained in customer service. Estimates are free and work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee.

FAQs

Do you charge for an estimate?
No. You can book a free estimate. Call us or fill out the online estimate form and we will go over what your home needs before any work is scheduled.
What kinds of jobs can a Ranger handle?
Rangers handle the everyday projects that keep a home in shape: paint touch-ups, drywall repair, fixture installation, light carpentry, picture hanging, caulking, door adjustments and general upkeep. If a repair does not require a licensed contractor, such as work needing plumbing or electrical permits, a Ranger can take care of it.
What is aging in place, and what modifications do you install?
Aging in place means making changes that let you live safely and comfortably at home as you get older instead of moving to assisted living. We install grab bars and handrails, improved lighting and switches, non-slip flooring, bathroom accessibility upgrades such as walk-in showers and comfort-height toilets, wheelchair and walker ramps, and doorway and entry adjustments.
What is included in the Ranger Service Plan?
A Ranger visits your home on a monthly or quarterly schedule, and each visit includes up to 3 hours of professional service time. Unused time rolls over to the next visit, projects longer than 3 hours can roll hours forward or add time, and you receive an after-visit report covering what was completed and any recommended follow-up.
How much does the handyman subscription cost?
There are three monthly plans. Ranger Lite is $199 a month with 1.5 service hours, Ranger Core is $399 a month with 3 service hours, and Ranger Pro is $799 a month with 6 service hours. All three include priority scheduling, a home health report card, an emergency property hotline and exclusive member perks.
Do you provide the parts for a job?
Your Ranger brings basic supplies for small jobs such as nails, screws and caulking. For bigger parts you can buy them yourself or let us handle the pickup for a flat shopping fee per visit. Items over $100 require your approval.
Who will be working in my home?
We only hire professionals who share our values of reliability, integrity and pride in their work. Each Ranger is background-checked, trained in customer service and skilled in a wide range of home care tasks.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We handle routine repairs, safety updates and maintenance tasks for commercial properties across Northern Colorado in addition to our residential work.
