How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the number of bathrooms. Work is billed hourly against estimated labor hours, and any additional time requires your approval. A free, no-obligation quote is given up front, and recurring plans cost less per visit than a one-time clean.

What happens if I am not home during the cleaning?
Tell the team how the cleaners can gain entry in the special instructions when you make your booking. Customers commonly leave a key under a mat, use a lockbox, or provide a garage code.
What payment methods do you accept and what is the cancellation policy?
Credit card payments only, with no checks or cash, and payment is due at the time of service. A hold is placed on the card on file 24 hours before the appointment and the card is charged after the cleaning is completed. There is a $100 cancellation fee if a change or cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
