It is a family owned and operated business run across three generations, with roots the shop traces back some 80 years to a Brooklyn gas station opened in 1945. The team is ASE certified and works on all makes and models, handling diagnostics, general repair, brakes, tune-ups, oil changes, transmissions, major engine work, steering and suspension, electrical and battery service, and A/C and heating repair, along with suspension lift kits, limousines, and fleet vehicles. R & R is a 2G Emission Repair Shop and can provide safety and emission inspections (smog checks). The shop states that it will never do any work on a vehicle until the type of work planned and the price have been discussed in detail, and that in most cases the work is finished the same day. Walk-ins are taken as time permits, though appointments are encouraged.

The shop officially opened for business in the summer of 1997. The family traces its roots back some 80 years, to a gas station Angelo Trippiedi opened in Brooklyn, NY in 1945.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. The shop is ASE certified, and members of the team hold multiple ASE certifications.
Do you do smog checks?
Yes. R & R is a 2G Emission Repair Shop and can provide safety and emission inspections (smog checks). The 2G license was received in March 2022.
What vehicles do you work on?
The shop works on all makes and models. It also handles limousines and fleet vehicles, whether that is a single vehicle or an entire fleet.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are taken as time permits, although the shop encourages appointments.
Will I know the price before work starts?

How long will my repair take?
