Yes. A licensed Proud Pops electrician comes out and looks over your electrical system at no cost and with no obligation. If we find something, you get honest options and you decide what happens next.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Your Pop-In visit is free. If a full electrical diagnostic is required, we tell you the flat price before we start, and you approve every dollar before any work begins. Pop's Perks members never pay diagnostic fees.
Are your electricians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every electrician is licensed, insured, and background checked, and all work is done to current National Electrical Code and Texas requirements, including permits when the job calls for one.
How fast can you get here?
Most calls get same day service. For anything unsafe, such as burning smells, sparking outlets, or a dead panel, we prioritize you, including after hours and weekend emergency service.
What electrical work do you handle?
Panel upgrades and breaker repair, dead outlets, wiring and troubleshooting, GFCI protection, recessed and outdoor lighting, ceiling fans, surge protection, generator hookups, and Level 2 EV charger installation. We also handle plumbing and heating and cooling work.
Do you offer financing or a membership?
Yes. We offer financing on larger electrical projects such as panel replacements and rewires. Pop's Perks members get priority scheduling, annual safety inspections, and member discounts on repairs.
Where are you located and what areas do you cover?
