How does your service work?

Why is there a $49 service visit fee?
The $49 service visit fee covers the time for a professional technician to travel to your property, assess the repairs and provide recommendations for the work needed. Repair labor and materials are separate unless they are included in the work you authorize.
Do you guarantee or warranty your work?
Yes. Qualifying completed work is covered by our one-year workmanship guarantee, subject to the written terms and exclusions. If a covered workmanship issue occurs, contact us and we will review it under those terms.
Do you offer home maintenance plans?
Yes. Propertifix offers home maintenance plans through the Propertifix Homecare Membership, which includes ongoing property maintenance, regular inspections, preventive care and prioritized scheduling to help you manage repairs and reduce emergency calls.
