Cleaning plans are customized to each home or business and to the customer's schedule, and commercial spaces can be cleaned one time, monthly, or quarterly. ProClean Services offers flat rate pricing so there are no surprises, is licensed and insured with $1 million in liability insurance, and backs its work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not happy with the result, the team will come back and fix it.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ProClean Services is licensed and insured and carries $1 million in liability insurance covering your home, the service providers, and ProClean. Insurance validation certificates are available upon request.

Do you clean commercial spaces?
Yes. ProClean Services works out a customized schedule that fits your business, and can clean a commercial space one time, monthly, or quarterly. Interior painting for commercial spaces is also offered.
How is the cost of my cleaning worked out?
ProClean Services offers flat rate pricing, and fees are based on the size and condition of your home or business. The team provides a phone estimate and does its best to honor it. If there is a discrepancy between the estimate and the actual time needed once the job is entered for the first time, you will be contacted immediately for a price adjustment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. ProClean Services accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, or check. One-time cleanings require a credit card payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
ProClean Services requires one business day of notice to cancel or skip a regular cleaning day. With less than one day of notice, or if the team cannot access your home, the full price of the cleaning is charged. Future scheduled cleanings remain unchanged.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
ProClean Services backs its work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with the work carried out, the team will come back and fix it for you.
