I am very pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule my garage door repair very quickly. Stephen arrived on time. He did a great job accessing the situation. He took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done. He completely the work very quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Stephen was very friendly and I felt that he treated job as if he were doing it for his own family.

Had a torsion spring give out and made a few calls to different garage door repair places and Precision was the only company that was able to send a rep over that day. Stephen Z. arrived and inspected the door and presented a repair estimate. We opted to just replace the torsion springs and Stephen was gracious with us and even gave us a discount. The work was promptly done and I have no complaints and would use this company in the future.

Sean provided great service and walked through programming our vehicle installed opener remotes as well as downloading and activating the appropriate app for the new opener. He thoroughly checked the doors themselves tightening hinges and fasteners and took time to ensure that everything is now working properly. I appreciated his no pressure service first approach.

Sean came and installed our garage door and it was a great experience. He is one of the most hardest workers I have seen in quite some time. Our garage door came apart on a Friday night. Precision is the only co. that followed up that night. Mitch came out on the following day (Saturday) and got our garage secured for us right away. The Precision team did an excellent job. Stephen was fantastic and really knowledgeable. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Excellent service. I added windows to my garage doors and needed the springs adjusted for the changed door weight. Stephen Z arrived the next day and had the door adjusted within 15 minutes. Since he had some scheduled time left he offered to do fine adjustments to the closers, travel limits and safety tests. Stephen was courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The cost was very reasonable compared to quotes from other companies. JD.

I was out of state to attend the celebration of life for my eldest sister. My daughter called to inform me that there are issues with the garage door and it would close all the way, plus not open. I thought about your commercials and decided to make an appointment from SC. Justin arrives this morning and he was very friendly and I immediately knew that he knew his job. He examined the door and attachments and then gave me an estimate. I was so happy and pleased with the results. He explained how everything works now. I'm just totally satisfied with Justin. If I have the need again I will ask for Justin!!!

I am exceptionally pleased with the work that Sean Barron from Precision Garage Door in fixing my garage door. He explained everything to me before the work was done, showed me the new equipment he was replacing, and came to my home late in the afternoon so I would have my garage door fixed the same day.
