The shop is owned and operated by a team of Master Mechanics with over 50 combined years of experience in the automotive field, and works on domestic, Asian, European, hybrid and electric vehicles. Services include New York State inspections, Hunter wheel alignment, brakes, oil changes, tire sales and installation, dealer level computer diagnostics, engine and transmission repair, and Carco insurance inspections. Yes. All work is guaranteed, and repairs are covered by the Pronto 24,000 Mile / 24 Month Warranty.
Do you service electric and hybrid vehicles?
Yes. The shop is NYC's GREEN SHOP and hybrid vehicle expert, offering EV annual inspection plus tire rotation, balance and Hunter wheel alignment, cabin and HEPA filter replacement, AC service, brake fluid testing and brake caliper service.
Can you inspect a used car before I buy it?
Yes. Carvana, Carmax and other pre-owned vehicle inspections are available. A pre-owned vehicle check takes about one and a half hours and an appointment is required.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes. Saturday appointments are available for your convenience. The shop is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.
