Yes. Pivot Painters carries full general liability coverage for your home and worker's compensation for all employees, on every job.
Do I have to buy the paint?
No, that is on us. Estimates include both the labor and the purchase of the paint, and we use Sherwin Williams products for the best look and long term protection.
Do I need to be home while my house is painted?
No. You do not need to be present while your home or space is painted, and any arrangements for in-home access can be made before the project starts.
Will I need to clean up after the paint job is finished?
No. We put everything we move back where it was and remove all of our own waste, scrap, and materials. The goal is to make it look like we were never there, apart from the fresh paint.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Most payments go through a secure online credit card processor that we send to your email. If you would prefer, we also accept Zelle or check.
What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
The 2-Year, 200% Quality Guarantee covers peeling, blistering, and defects in workmanship for two years after the job. Call or email us and we will send a site manager to assess the issue and schedule the fix.
How long does cabinet refinishing take?
