The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do you accept dental insurance?
The office files all insurance claims as a courtesy to patients and provides an estimate of the amount your insurance is expected to cover at the time of treatment. That estimate is not a guarantee of benefits, so any difference is billed to you or credited to your account afterward.
What payment methods do you accept?
The office accepts cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Financing is also available through CareCredit for procedures your insurance does not cover.
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive oral evaluation, after which the team develops a treatment plan. Bring your dental insurance card and a list of any medications you take, and arrive early to complete your initial paperwork if you have not already done so.
Do you see children?
Yes. The practice follows the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists recommendation that children receive a first dental check-up by age 1. At that visit the team reviews your child's medical and dental history, performs a head and neck examination, and evaluates the teeth and gums, with digital x-rays taken only if necessary. Parents are encouraged to accompany their child.
Is there an option for patients without insurance?
Yes. The Pines Loyalty Program is an in-house discount plan for patients with and without insurance, with an annual enrollment fee of $649, $749 for periodontal patients, and $599 to add a family member. It covers exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments and oral cancer screenings and includes 15% off dental services, subject to the exclusions listed on the practice website. It is not an insurance plan.
