Every cleaning uses supplies the team makes itself, handcrafted with 100% organic ingredients and confirmed non-toxic, so they are safer for kids, pets, and indoor air quality. Recurring, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings are handled by Organic Cleaning Specialists who are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and insured. Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. Philly Maid Green makes all of its own cleaning products, handcrafted with 100% organic ingredients, so the team can confirm they are 100% non-toxic and safe around kids and pets.
What cleaning services do you offer?
We offer recurring cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly schedule, one-time deep cleanings, and move-in and move-out cleanings. We have been cleaning homes and offices in Philadelphia since 2015.
How is my cleaning charged?
We offer a flat rate based on your home's square footage and any special requirements, so the cost is clear and upfront. A standard sales tax is included, and in some areas a travel fee applies so our team is fairly compensated for travel time and expenses.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, we bring our own organic products. We do ask you to provide a few basics: a toilet brush for each toilet, a vacuum cleaner if you have one, and a step stool for those hard-to-reach spots.
What is included in a move-in or move-out cleaning?
Move-in and move-out cleanings are the same as our deep cleanings, with the addition of the inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers, closets, the fridge, and the oven. Closets, cabinets, and drawers must be emptied and the freezer defrosted before we arrive, and the home must be completely empty, as we do not move furniture or dispose of garbage.
Can I add extras like the inside of the oven or refrigerator?
Yes. The inside of the refrigerator, the inside of the oven, interior windows, vacuuming exterior couch cushions, and changing the bed sheets are available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know at least two business days in advance if you need something extra.
How do I schedule or cancel a cleaning?
To schedule or cancel, just give us a three business day heads-up. That helps us manage our team's schedule and keeps everything running smoothly.

Yes. Philly Maid Green is fully licensed and insured and carries workers' comp, and each of our Organic Cleaning Specialists is thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and insured.
