My Son & I Pest Control is a family-owned pest control company specializing in drywood termite tenting, structural fumigation and termite control services across South Florida, Tampa Bay and Central Florida. The company describes 120+ years of combined industry experience and more than 1,500 structural fumigations completed in 2025, with licensed in-house crews providing termite solutions for homes and businesses throughout Florida. Structural fumigation is the primary specialty. Because drywood termites live entirely inside wood structures, infestations often remain hidden until significant damage has already occurred, so the company provides whole-structure treatments designed to eliminate termite colonies inside walls, ceilings and structural framing for homes, multi-unit properties and commercial buildings. The company draws a clear line between itself and firms that subcontract fumigation work: every fumigation is performed by its own licensed technicians, and the same team that inspects a home is the team that tents and treats it, which it says means tighter scheduling, consistent safety standards and one company standing behind every step of the job from first call to final clearance. As the site puts it, this is a family business, and the name on the truck is the name of the people doing the work. Work begins with a free termite inspection carried out by licensed inspectors who examine attics, framing and structural wood to detect colonies early and determine whether a targeted drywood treatment, a preventative termite protection program or whole-structure fumigation is the most effective route. The team then explains its findings in clear, straightforward language and recommends only what it considers necessary. Beyond termites, My Son & I Pest Control treats ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas and ticks, rodents, mosquitoes and spiders, and provides wildlife services for raccoons and other intruders. It uses environmentally responsible products chosen to remain safe for families, pets and the surrounding environment, offers same-day service throughout Florida, and adds convenient scheduling, 24/7 customer support and on-the-way text alerts. The company reports 4,200+ satisfied customers and 15,000+ homes protected throughout Florida, and it also serves commercial properties, restaurants, warehouses and multi-unit buildings.
