Estimates are always free, no long term contract is required, and service plans run one time, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Both stores also sell professional pest control supplies to the public, and staff will identify a bug from a photo or a sample for free.

How long has Peerless Pest Control been in business?
Peerless began in 1953 and is proud to be Philadelphia's oldest pest control company still in operation. That is more than 70 years of continuous service, and the company is now family owned and operated into its third generation.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Our estimates are always free. Most of the time we can quote common treatments and services over the phone, and certain pest issues that need an on site inspection and estimate first are still free, including rodent exclusion work and commercial jobs.
Am I required to sign a contract?
No. Service plans are flexible with no long term commitment required, and you will not be obligated to take services you do not want or need. After your initial service you are free to decide whether you want follow up visits, and you can discontinue at any time with no termination fees.
Are your treatments safe around children and pets?
Safety is our top priority. All products used in our treatments and sold in our stores are EPA registered, and everything selected for indoor use falls into the EPA's caution category, which is its lowest risk category. When children or pets are present, rodent baits are placed in locked, tamper resistant boxes.
Which pests do you treat?
Common requests include ants, roaches and waterbugs, mice and rats, spiders, fleas, bed bugs, flies, bees and wasps, centipedes and millipedes, crickets, stinkbugs, and termites. We can provide satisfactory control of virtually any vulnerable insect pest or rodent, so please call and ask about anything you do not see listed.
Do you guarantee bed bug and flea removal?
Our whole home bed bug elimination service comes with a 60 day complete elimination guarantee, and advanced infestations are often fully eliminated in two to four weeks. Any complete flea home treatment carries a 45 day complete elimination, with most flea infestations cleared typically within 30 days.
Can I buy supplies instead of booking a service?
Yes. Both of our Philadelphia stores sell professional grade do-it-yourself pest control supplies to the public, and staff will show you what you need and how to use it. If you are not sure what kind of bug you have, send us a photo or bring a sample into one of the stores and we will identify it for free.
