Exterior jobs start with prep: pressure washing, scraping loose paint, feather sanding, spot priming exposed wood and caulking gaps, while interior jobs start with filling nail holes, caulking gaps and cracks, taping transition lines and covering flooring and non-painted surfaces, plus drywall patching and wood repair where the painting scope calls for it. Painters work from checklists at each step, and the company describes its approach as white glove service, leaving the space as clean as they found it. Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Contact us to book a complimentary consultation and estimate. Call (720) 320-5038 and we will do our best to book your estimate within three business days of your call. In most cases you will receive an emailed proposal within two business days of the on-site visit.
What warranty comes with your painting work?
We include a free 10-year warranty on most exterior paint projects, and some exclusions apply. It covers the cost of materials, labor costs, wood windows, the point where the siding meets the roofline, all siding boards, blotching, fading, cracking or peeling paint, and cracked caulking. Paint also carries the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty, and our warranty is transferable once at any point during its life.
Do I have to pay a deposit before you start?
No. It is our standard policy not to charge anything upfront: no deposits, no material fees, absolutely nothing. Only once you are satisfied with the completed project will we send you a final invoice.
Do you supply the paint, or do I?
In most cases we will pick up the paint or stain for you, but you will need to select your colors before the project starts. Our crews come equipped with all the supplies needed for the job. If you already have the paint or stain, let us know at the estimate so we can adjust the cost of materials.
Can you help me choose colors?
Yes. We can coordinate an in-home color consultation with a trained designer, our partner Marnie Martin with Marnie's Color Design, who will provide an in-depth consultation and answer your color questions. Contact our office and we can tell you how this service can be included at no cost to you. You can also use the Sherwin-Williams Color Visualizer to try ideas on a photo of your room.
Do you use low odor or zero VOC products?
All the latex paints we use are low or zero VOC, even after tinting, so there is less smell than is normally associated with painting projects. We also offer a zero VOC and zero emissions product, Benjamin Moore Natura, for projects where VOCs are a concern, such as a nursery or a home with someone who has respiratory concerns.
What do you offer besides painting?
We offer acoustic (popcorn) ceiling removal in unoccupied rooms, and we can accommodate a lived-in home provided the rooms being scraped are completely emptied of furniture, decor and clothing beforehand. We also offer drywall hanging and finishing on limited availability. Our teams are trained in repairs directly associated with painting projects, including drywall patching, skimming, texture patches and wood repair or replacement.
