The office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm and has a dedicated phone line for new patients.

Do you accept my dental insurance?
Orchard Dental Care is an in-network PPO provider for Anthem BC/BS, Careington, Cigna, Connection/GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Metlife, Principal, and UHC. What if I do not have dental insurance?
The practice offers an in-house membership called the Smile Plan. The Single Plan is $340 per year and the Duo Plan is $620 per year, each covering 2 comprehensive exams, 2 cleanings, 2 digital X-rays, and 20% off select services. The Child Plan is $160 per year, adds 2 fluoride applications, and is available only as an add-on to a single or duo plan. The Smile Plan is an in-house discount fee plan, not dental insurance, and it cannot be combined with insurance or other discount plans.
Can I get a crown in a single visit?
Yes. Orchard Dental Care offers CEREC same-day crowns, which restore a tooth in just one visit with a durable, natural-looking crown made on-site.
Who is the dentist at Orchard Dental Care?
Dr. Mitchell Rush owns the practice. He earned a bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Fine Art from Brigham Young University and completed his dental training at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He was recognized by the Society for Color and Appearance Dentistry for excellence in cosmetic dentistry, an honor awarded to the top aesthetic clinician in his graduating class.
