How does your pricing work?
Memberships start at $39 per month for Starter, $69 per month for Essentials, and $99 per month for Premium, each with a monthly visit and a 12 month workmanship guarantee. One time visits start at $74 plus materials, with add on handyman time at $65 per hour. Larger projects are quoted upfront and require your approval.
Do I have to pay for a quote?
No. You can start with a free project quote or a free home walk-through. Your exact quote comes after the walk-through, and larger projects are priced upfront before any work begins.
What is the difference between a one-time visit and a membership?
One time visits are available whenever you need them. A membership adds recurring house care across three tiers: Starter for core inspection and essentials, Essentials which adds RO system and water softener maintenance plus priority scheduling, and Premium which adds handyman time and window cleaning.
What does a house care membership include?
Plans cover filter changes and size tracking, water softener salt, smoke and CO battery swaps, light bulbs, dryer vents, and seasonal checks, plus priority scheduling and member pricing when repairs or larger projects come up.
Do you handle larger remodels?
Yes. The team handles bigger projects directly, from bathroom remodels to tile and flooring, and coordinates trusted partners for specialty work so everything stays managed through one point of contact.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
Covered workmanship issues are backed by the 12 month workmanship guarantee, so if something isn't right the team will make it right. Materials, unrelated issues, and new repairs are quoted separately.
