Olson Plumbing & Heating Co. opened in 1917 as a one man shop and has served Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak Region ever since. Still family-owned, the company handles residential and commercial plumbing, emergency plumbing, water heaters, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, gas, water and fire hydrant utility work, and heating and air conditioning service for homes and businesses. Olson is a Perma-Liner installer for trenchless sewer line repair and was one of the first contractors in the area to establish High Purity and Medical Gas Divisions, serving the semi-conductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical and dairy industries. Commercial capabilities include pre-construction, design build, value engineering, estimating, new construction, BIM, fabrication and underground utility construction. Technicians are licensed, bonded and insured, and the company is on-call for emergency dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays. Olson was named a Best of the Springs winner by The Gazette in 2024 and a Best of Colorado 2020 Business Choice winner.
