Ethan was knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain each step of the restoration, kept me informed, and was always available to answer my questions. What could have been a very stressful situation became much more manageable because of his communication and attention to detail. The restoration work was completed with great care and professionalism, and Ethan made sure everything was done correctly. Teasdale Fenton Cleaning did a great job from start to finish with our vent duct cleaning. I was easily able to make an appointment through their website, and they sent a technician out the next day! They gave me a 2 hour window arrival time, which is typical for this kind of service. The technician messaged me 30min before arrival and was right on time. Dave got right to work, was fast, efficient, & from what I can tell, did a quality cleaning job. He offered some helpful tips once he was finished. Payment was easy with a credit card (they also take checks), & there were no extra hidden fees that were sprung on at the last minute which I appreciate. FYI there is a very small disposal fee that was addressed in my appointment confirmation email, so it was no surprise. For the entire process and services I give them a 5 star rating. I booked the day before for a 8am-10am appointment for a carpet and couch cleaning. I got a call right at 8 with an eta. Tony arrived and was very professional. He did an excellent job on everything and left our house smelling fresh and clean. Will certainly use Teasdale Fenton again, it was easy, fast, and reasonably priced.

Terrible experience today with Teasdale Fenton!. Scheduled a time to come to do my entire basement carpet and some upstair rooms. I vacuumed and prepared for them by moving my furniture so they could do an easy clean. When the guy came and walked through the areas, he said I don’t have a long enough hose to do this. We discussed just doing the areas that he could reach, but I needed it done today because I was leaving town tomorrow. He brought his hose in the house and I left him downstairs thinking he would start the cleaning in those areas. I went in to check on him a few minutes later and he had pulled the hose and was gone and he was sitting in the van on the phone with his manager. I went out to his van and he said They wanted to reschedule and I told them I needed it done today as everything had been moved and we were going out of town tomorrow. He said they couldn’t get me in until next week. Figure that…..I had an appt and they walked away from it. I had communicated with him to at least do the rooms that we were living in upstairs so I could put things back and we could do the basement area later. I went in the house and he stayed in his car for a 1/2 hour talking on the phone with his supervisor I assumed and then left. He never even came to the door to tell me what was happening. I called the company and asked to speak to the manager. I got the supervisor and she was rude and stuck up for her employee saying I told him to leave, which was not true. Why would I do that when I had to have the carpet cleaned before tomorrow. She said she could get me in next week…..not acceptable. She finally just hung up on me because she didn’t have answers to my question. How professional is that. I’ve never experienced anything like that with a company. We will see if the manager calls back tomorrow. I would not recommend using Teasdale Fenton to anyone!!!!!!

So happy with our carpet cleaning and Shane was flexible and was happy for me to add on a couch last minute. He was fast and efficient but still paid so much attention to detail! TF is always quick with scheduling which I also appreciate
