Chiropractic adjustments
Chiropractic care focused on diagnosing and treating neuromuscular disorders with an emphasis on manual adjustment of the spine. Precise, low force adjustments are used to realign spinal joints, decrease pressure on nerves, improve mobility and reduce stiffness, with technique tailored to the patient's comfort level and injury severity.

Car accident injury chiropractic care
Auto injury evaluation and gentle, non-invasive treatment for crash-related pain. A first visit typically includes a detailed crash history and symptom review, posture and range of motion assessment, orthopedic and neurological testing, spinal exam and palpation, and referral for X-ray or MRI when clinically indicated. Conditions treated include whiplash and neck sprain or strain, upper and lower back pain, post-crash headaches and migraines, hip and SI joint pain, radiating pain or numbness, muscle spasms and soft-tissue sprains.

Spinal decompression therapy
Non-surgical spinal decompression performed on the DOC Decompression Table, a computer-controlled system that reduces pressure inside the spinal discs. The DOC system delivers three dimensional decompression using flexion, extension and side-bending for disc-level targeting, with real-time computerized tension monitoring. Therapy sessions run 20 to 30 minutes and are used for herniated and bulging discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, chronic low back and neck pain, facet syndrome, spinal stenosis and pinched nerves.

Radial shockwave therapy
Chattanooga radial shockwave therapy, which uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate blood flow, break down scar tissue and accelerate the body's natural healing. Used for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, patellar tendonitis, tennis and golfer's elbow, rotator cuff and biceps tendonitis, myofascial trigger points, chronic tightness, calcific tendonitis and shin splints. The practice describes it as non-surgical and drug-free with short treatment times and no downtime.

Soft tissue manipulation
Manual work that addresses muscle and tissue restrictions to promote relaxation, circulation and flexibility. Used for easing tension from accidents, injuries or repetitive strain, and combined with therapeutic exercises and stretching as part of a rehabilitation plan.
