FAQs

What areas do you serve?
We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island, plus Nassau County. We are based at 1726 McDonald Avenue in Brooklyn.
Do you offer same-day service?
We review same-day and next-day junk removal requests according to your ZIP code, load size, access, and current route availability. Reach out early and we will let you know what is possible.
What does pricing look like?
Our pricing falls in a moderate range, and we provide a transparent quote after reviewing your items, load size, and access. Sending photos helps us plan accurately.
Do I need to move furniture outside before you arrive?
Usually no. Just tell us where each piece is located and show the path out so we can review the labor and access before pickup.
Can you work with a landlord or property manager?
Yes. Include the unit access plan, authorized contact, building rules, and any required completion date in your request and we will coordinate around them.
Do appliances need to be disconnected first?
Yes. Appliances should be safely disconnected from water, gas, and electricity before pickup, and you should use a qualified professional when required. Refrigerants and special disposal rules may affect acceptance, so list the exact appliance and send a photo.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH.

Call us at (718) 285-7324, email junkliftnyc@gmail.com, or visit our website to send your request with photos. We are open every day from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
