I brought my 6 puppies and their mom in for an appointment and I am so grateful for the care we received. Dr. Lauren and the entire staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They treated me and my dogs as if we were their own family. As a first time puppy litter owner I had a lot of questions and Dr. Lauren took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about the well being of each puppy and their mom. It’s not easy bringing in 6 puppies at once, but everyone handled it with such compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You can tell this team truly loves what they do. Thank you Dr. Lauren and the entire team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care!

I had a wonderful experience at Veterinarian Pet Alliance. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly caring with my cat, Romeo. They treated him with so much respect and compassion, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind during a stressful moment. Thanks to their care, he is now doing well and recovering. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend!

My first time going to a vet and I am so glad my gut told me to take a change on this place. Receptionist was extremely nice and very helpful with any question I had. When we got to the exam room the technician and veterinarian was so sweet and caring towards Brunson Lugo did an amazing job with keeping him calm. They were so gentle and loving. They gave him treats which is so sweet and appreciate it. I’m glad I came to this location and am super pleased with the service and the people on this team. Would definitely come back and recommend anyone I know with pets to come here as well. Brunson was well taken care of :))
