Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You do not have to be home, and most clients provide entry to their homes. Keys are numbered, never named, and left in the home as instructed.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No cleaning products are needed. NaturallyNeat brings its own products and supplies. Clients do need to provide their own vacuum cleaner and broom, because the team does not transport vacuums and brooms between locations.

How do I get an estimate?
Contact NaturallyNeat with your cleaning needs, space details, and preferred service type, and the team will review the scope and give you a custom estimate. There is also an optional onsite estimate that takes about an hour; the convenience fee for that option is $25.00, it is non-refundable, and the payment is deducted from your service invoice.
