Are landscaping quotes free?
Yes, quotes are free within the regular service area. For properties located outside of the normal travel area, including areas outside the Beltway, there may be a travel or consultation fee.
What should I expect at my consultation appointment?
During the appointment the team will walk the property with you in detail, listen to your goals and get a clear understanding of your vision for the space. They will also provide recommendations, professional insight and guidance on the best next steps for your property. Miguel is the primary person who comes out to review projects and provide quotes.
What do payments and contracts look like?
For lawn and landscape maintenance services, payment is due upon completion of service. For landscaping installation projects, Natural Wonders typically requires a 50% deposit to secure the project and begin scheduling, the next 40% once the project reaches 50% completion, and the final 10% after completion and a final walkthrough with the client.
Do you offer year-round lawn maintenance in Houston?
Yes. Lawn maintenance is provided seasonally or year-round, depending on what fits best for you, and there are packages for both residential and commercial maintenance.
Do you offer storm preparation or hurricane response?
Yes, storm preparation and hurricane response services are offered for existing clients. Natural Wonders is also open to helping new clients with storm preparation depending on availability and the scope of work needed.
Is your work warrantied?
Yes. Landscaping projects are backed by a 30 day warranty, irrigation systems carry a 1 year craftsman's warranty and drainage systems carry a 1 year warranty. Lighting carries a 5 year warranty on lighting finishes on fixtures, a 3 year warranty on LED bulbs and a lifetime warranty on transformers.

What hardscaping work do you do?
