What dental services do you offer?

Do you take dental insurance?
Yes. We participate with most major PPO plans including Aetna, Ameritas, Aflac, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, GEHA and United Healthcare, and with many Medicare plans including Carington, Solstice and Liberty. What if I do not have dental insurance?
We offer My Dental Membership, an in house plan with an annual subscription fee that includes 2 dental exams per year with radiographs, 2 regular cleanings, $10 emergency exam visits, no annual limits and 25% off all treatments and procedures. It is a dental discount plan and not dental insurance, it cannot be combined with dental insurance, and it is good only at My Dentist of Fort Lauderdale.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We offer several financing options and payment plans with up to 24 months of deferred interest through CareCredit, Cherry and Alphaeon. Applications are done directly with the company and approval can be gained on the spot. We also take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and all debit cards.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
Do you place dental implants?
Yes. An implant is a titanium screw inserted into the jawbone to act like a root, and crowns, bridges and dentures can be anchored to it. We have the ability to complete your dental implants from start to finish, and you can book a complimentary implant consultation to get started.
Who is the dentist?
Dr. Zelka Licina earned her dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2012 and completed a General Practice Residency at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2013. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
