Wes arrived on time and was polite and professional. He moved small items and pieces of furniture in order to clean as much of the carpet surface area as possible. Easy and clear communication, price quote was accurate and fair. Satisfied customer. Will use again in the future.

Very efficient organization. Sent texts and emails several days ahead as well as the day before as a reminder for the appointment. Staff showed up on time, dressed properly and courteous. The carpets looked great and there were no problems.

I've used MSS Cleaning several times now to clean our upholstered couch. They've continued to do a great job and were right on time at the top of the arrival window, which I really appreciated. The machine they use to clean runs out to their truck, so try to schedule your cleaning for a nice day since your door or window ill need to be open while they work!

I've had MSS Cleaning out for two separate jobs so far, the first for Carpet Cleaning, and the second for Stretching and Cutting of the carpet (to remove waves that were in it when we purchased the home) Wesley and Mike have both been fantastic with communication, promptness, quality of service and personality. Highly recommend using this service if you have any professional carpet needs.

Aaron with MSS cleaned our carpets today. Great job, great attitude. You can tell he's a rare soul, someone who loves what he does and is good at it. AND on top of all that, he is gracious, friendly - just a great experience! He even worked around my free-range hens without a blink. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the tech's advice and patience when he arrived at the property. He helped me think through how the tile cleaning would impact my older floors, which helped me make the right decision for the house. They cleaned all the carpets for me, and the odors and dirt are all gone. Very impressive. They were easy to get on the phone to schedule the appointment, and they were on time the day of the appointment. Good experience all around.

Appreciated the communication when traffic caused a delay in their scheduled arrival time. We were worried we might have to replace our carpet after we discovered our dog had urinated in an area of a room multiple times. We had used special cleaners and our carpet cleaning machine several times, it helped some, but the smell still lingered as we just couldn't deal with it ourself since the area had dried when we caught it. MSS was able to get the job done. So thankful and relieved!

We had some "bubbles" in our carpet that was only a couple of years old and needed to have it power stretched. MSS Cleaning did a FANASTIC job. They were incredibly professional, highly competent and reasonably priced. Their team knew exactly what needed to be done and went above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend!!

Wonderful experience with MSS! After moving into an apartment that had not been reasonably cleaned from prior tenants, I knew I needed the help of professionals. I was able to schedule a morning appointment with only two days notice, which was great. Alberto showed up on time, was super friendly, and did an excellent job. The carpets look better than I would've imagined possible, and the pricing was very competitive. I would absolutely use MSS again, and specifically recommend Alberto.
