Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All labor performed is backed by a 90 day labor guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the work, we will make it right. Many of the products and materials used also come with their own manufacturer's warranty.
Are your technicians bonded and insured?
Yes. MHS technicians are 100% bonded and insured for accidental damage. If one of our techs is injured while working in your home or business, you are 100% free of liability.

How do I schedule a service?
Send an email to appointment@m-handyman.com or call or text (210) 682-9595 to schedule. Sometimes an in person estimate is required to get a better idea of what needs to be done.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Unless special arrangements are made in advance, we ask that someone is home during your scheduled appointment. We also ask that pets not be allowed in the area where the work will be performed.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes. We provide commercial retail and lot maintenance as well as a building preventive maintenance plan, covering items such as lighting, doors, drains, concrete, gutters, graffiti removal, pressure washing, and basic electrical and plumbing repairs. For the retail and lot maintenance service there is no contractual obligation and it can be cancelled at any time for any reason.
