First off, the customer service of this company is 10/10. I called with an emergency when our house had a natural line break causing us to lose our entire panel and power to most of our house including our refrigerator and deep freezer which had groceries in them. They answered promptly and dispatched someone out within a couple of hours. We were fortunate to have Robert as our electrician, he walked us through everything, explained everything thoroughly, and went to work immediately and we had our service reconnected, and everything even better than it was before by the next day.
