I’m really impressed with the service I received. Joshua Jones was very friendly and professional. I have a very old house that has very old wiring. Joshua diagnosed the issue with my dryer outlet, exposed wires and plug right away, walked me through what needed to be done, and completed the repair.

Ryan was exceptional! He covered all the bases, thoroughly explained everything to me, and made sure I understood the work being done. The pricing was very affordable and fair. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him

My technician Frank Noto was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was able to explain repeatedly my options to fix multiple issues. I am SO pleased with the process thus far. This is my second time calling Mr. Electric. I had a wonderful experience the first time as well.

The service was great. Arrived on time. Received notices and a profile link before arriving. Walked through the job and gave me a written estimate. Finished the work and cleaned up. While he was there, I also asked for an estimate on another job.

Joshua was absolutely amazing. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. We called them around 5 am when a breaker quit and he was right on time! We had 2 outlets to change out and 6 switches on the breaker box to change and he got it done in 30 minutes tops!

If I can give more stars I would!!! Angel the office manager has been nothing but lovely, professional, and very easy to work with. Ryan our electrician was in the site on time & identified the issues & what needs to be done withing minutes.

I had the main power supply line replaced on a house we just purchased. Mr Electric provided the best quote out of 3 contractors. Keiv and Joshua were very professional and had a very positive attitude throughout the project. They arrived on time and cleaned up before they left.

Our technician, Keith, was fantastic! He was kind and honest. We called Mr. Electric to help us with an outlet that was sparking and Keith did a thorough evaluation of the outlet itself and of our electrical panel and was honest about his findings. I really appreciate Keith and this compan.

We had a power outage that tripped a GFCI outlet. Robert diagnosed the problem immediately and offered some suggestions on future work that might mitigate the reoccurrence. He was very professional and i will most assuredly use this company in the future for all my electrical needs .

The team was very easy and patient to work with. They gave me a rough estimate and troubleshoot some faulty power issues on the property and were able to go out the next day and fixed everything for exactly what they estimated.
