How do you charge for a move?

Is there an hourly minimum?
Residential jobs have a two hour minimum. Beyond that minimum, labor is prorated in 15 minute increments.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposits are required to book. If you need to cancel, Move-tastic! asks for 72 hours notice by email or phone to avoid a cancellation fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Move-tastic! accepts cash and all major credit cards only. A bill of lading is provided by email after the move.
Do you offer packing and storage?
Yes. The team offers full service packing, unpacking, packing supplies, and plastic bin rental, plus storage options including overnight, vault, rack, and micro storage.
How large a move can you handle?
Box trucks range between 16 and 26 feet and can typically accommodate a one to three bedroom apartment. Single family homes and larger moves require multiple trucks.
