Momentous Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice on Ralston Road in Arvada, Colorado that describes its work as holistic performance optimization rather than symptom chasing. The practice was founded by Dr. Zach Jaskinia, a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College who originally held a business degree and came to chiropractic after a life-changing service trip to Haiti. He is joined by co-owner Dr. Bailey Bloodworth, a third-generation chiropractor who earned his degree at Texas A&M before attending Parker University and who trained in biotensegrity, functional movement and nervous-system-based care. Care is built around the belief that the body heals and adapts when given the right input, so the doctors combine precise adjustments with lifestyle recommendations instead of quick fixes. The service menu covers pain and musculoskeletal care, pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic, performance and wellness care, neurological and systemic health support, and athletic performance. Conditions the practice addresses range across nervous system and brain function concerns such as migraines, headaches, vertigo and sleep problems, spine related pain including sciatica, disc issues, rib and pelvic complaints and postural strain, exercise related injuries of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle, and pregnancy complaints such as pelvic girdle pain and hormonal headaches. Every patient moves through the same six step arc: a discovery exam, a doctor's report of findings, personalized care, progress tracking, lifestyle recommendations, and a longer view on health and longevity. The practice is based in Arvada and welcomes patients from across the greater Denver metro area.

Why choose us?
Nervous system first care
The practice starts with the brain and spine, describing nervous system health as the key to health and longevity rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
Care for every stage of life
Services span expecting mothers, infants and children, working parents, business owners and athletes chasing a personal record.
A structured six step process
Patients move through a discovery exam, a doctor's report of findings, personalized care, progress tracking, lifestyle recommendations and a plan for long-term health.
Personalized rather than templated plans
The doctors state that no two people have the same needs, so recommendations and adjustments are built for the individual patient.
Drug-free, whole-body approach
Care is described as empowered and drug-free, looking at patterns and lifestyle instead of chasing symptoms.
Owner-led by two chiropractors
Founder Dr. Zach Jaskinia and co-owner Dr. Bailey Bloodworth both see patients, so care comes directly from the people who run the practice.
The practice offers five areas of care: pain and musculoskeletal care for back pain, neck tension, joint discomfort and muscle stiffness, pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic, performance and wellness care, neurological and systemic health support, and athletic performance care for mobility, injury prevention and recovery.
Who are the chiropractors?
Dr. Zach Jaskinia is the founder and owner. He holds a business degree, changed direction after a service trip to Haiti, and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Dr. Bailey Bloodworth is the co-owner and a third-generation chiropractor who earned his degree at Texas A&M and then attended Parker University. What happens on my first visit?
The first appointment is a discovery exam, which the practice describes as a fact finding mission dedicated to learning about you and your needs. On day two the doctor delivers a report of findings that connects what was learned during the exam and lays out the plan for your care.
Do you treat pregnant patients and children?
Yes. Gentle adjustments during pregnancy are used to relieve pelvic pain and support better alignment for birth, and the practice also cares for infants and children to encourage healthy development and nervous system balance. Pregnancy complaints treated include pelvic girdle pain, SI joint pain, sciatic pain, hormonal headaches, shoulder pain and digestive discomfort.
What conditions do you treat?
Care is grouped into four areas. Nervous system and brain function covers anxiety, migraines, headaches, ADHD, sleep disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, vertigo and post-concussion syndrome. Spine related pain covers neck, upper back, low back, rib, pelvis and sacrum, and postural conditions. Exercise related injuries cover the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee and foot and ankle. The fourth area is pregnancy and pediatric care.
