Jacy Mobile Mechanic in Seattle did a wonderful job inspecting my vehicle! I needed my brakes replaced as well as another part on my truck, and he was able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. His communication was excellent, and he had a great attitude the entire time. I truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. I will definitely be calling him again for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!

Super responsive, fixed the vehicle fast, great communicator. Highly recommended. Replaced the starter in a vehicle that was stuck in a parking lot; the part was a little challenging to get out and back in but he made short work of it. He sent me a picture of the old part and the new part side-by-side before he put the new one in, he also sent me a picture of the new part installed on the vehicle.

I’m super grateful to have found Jacy’s services. One random day last week my car would not drive and had a bunch of service lights on the dash + locked steering wheel. Called Jacy up to schedule a time to check out my car and he came by promptly all the way to West Seattle. Turns out a rat or squirrel had their way with my wiring - which Jacy diagnosed super quickly as being the problem. After about 1.5 hours working in the cold and rain, my car was all fixed up. So lucky to have found a mobile service that can stop by and get the work done to save me time and a tow truck. He also called me two days later to make sure everything was still all good with my car. Call him up when you need it, he’s professional, kind, and very honest so don’t be surprised if he’s booked and busy!

I had a stripped drain plug on my oil pan and thought I’d need a whole new pan. The mobile mechanic came out to me and fixed everything on the spot — re-threaded the hole perfectly and installed a new drain bolt with a proper seal. No leaks, clean work, and done super fast for a fair price. Super professional and convenient service — I’ll definitely call him again for a different kind of mechanic jobs! 🔧🚗
