White Wolf Concrete

I am responding to White Wolf’s response to my review. Google limits the number of characters so please go to YELP to see my original review. SUMMARY OF MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: 18 of 46 sections of my driveway & sidewalk cracked (some of the original cracking might have been my fault, but not all of it). I paid the cost for these repairs. After 2 months of replacing the 18 sections, 6 of those replaced sections cracked again, and they would not respond to my request to discuss the issue. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: 1 – When he said he “came out at our cost” he means I paid him $3,500 to do the repairs, which he said was his cost. 2 – I’d like to see the specific government mandatory changes of the formula he references and see the retraction from the government. I have seen no other posts describing the issue I had, so no other contractors adhered to the new government changes and had these issues? 3 – All the cracks I had started as hairline cracks, then have gotten noticeably wider in a few months. When cement starts cracking it’s not like the Grand Canyon suddenly appears. I suspect when winter comes, they will get wider yet. 4 – Even after my review where I asked them to contact me multiple times, they still weren’t respectful enough to contact me and discuss it with me. Instead, they posted this weak response saying they performed what they could, which was absolutely nothing. 5 – Finally, I’ve noticed that when people simply drive on my driveway tire marks are left on the concrete (see last photo). Multiple friends have pointed this out too. I have not seen this happen on any other driveway anywhere. Also, when I use the hose and reel it in, it leaves black marks as well on the sidewalk they put in.

Do not use. Our driveway starting pitting and cracking the first year. They tried to blame this on salt falling off our tires. We never salted the driveway. We had to FIGHT them to replace the sections. Most of the original sections continue to pit. They did two neighbor driveways and they are having the same issues. We will have to replace our driveway in less than 5 years.

Can’t say enough about White Wolf Concrete. They do great work in a timely manner the crew is professional and courteous. I highly recommend them five stars!
