Feldpausch Cleaning Services
We are Feldpausch Cleaning Services, a family-owned and locally owned cleaning company based in Holt, Michigan, working across the Mid-Michigan area since 2007. We handle both commercial and residential cleaning, and our team is IICRC certified, so the work is grounded in industry standards rather than guesswork. On the commercial side, we run janitorial and office cleaning programs for offices, restaurants, medical facilities, schools, and property management clients. We also offer electrostatic disinfection using Graco SaniSpray HP equipment for hospital-grade pathogen reduction. Our other services include carpet cleaning with hot water extraction, area rug cleaning with free pickup and delivery, upholstery cleaning matched to fabric codes, tile and grout cleaning, and hard floor care. We know that letting a crew into your home or facility takes trust, so all of our cleaning technicians are background-checked, and we are fully bonded and insured. Our area rug work includes dye fastness testing, careful assessment, and honest evaluations before we begin, especially for wool, Oriental, silk, antique, and heirloom rugs. If something is missed on a commercial janitorial visit, call us within 24 hours and we return to correct it at no charge, with no argument and no credit memo process. That is how we have kept our commercial clients coming back. We serve Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Mason, and many surrounding communities across Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties. Reach us at (517) 582-1083 or info@feldpauschcleaning.com to set up a walkthrough or request a quote.
