Meadows Family Dentistry is a doctor-owned dental practice located in the Meadows of historic Castle Rock, Colorado, led by Dr. Preston H. Polson, DDS and Dr. Marshall Klein, DMD. The office describes itself as a full-service, family-oriented general dentistry practice committed to honesty, integrity and quality patient care, and as a doctor-owned practice it makes treatment decisions free from the pressures of non-clinical influence. Care spans preventive dentistry including cleanings and exams, oral hygiene and sealants, restorative work such as dental fillings, cracked tooth repair, crowns and bridges, dentures and partial dentures, and cosmetic treatment with teeth whitening, veneers, dental bonding and Invisalign clear aligners. The team also handles root canals, night guards, wisdom teeth extractions, TMJ and TMD care, and periodontics including scaling and root planing, gum grafting, periodontal disease treatment, dental implants and All-on-4 implants. Dentistry for children covers eruption guidance and frenectomy. The office is equipped with cone beam CT, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, laser dentistry and sedation dentistry, and laser treatment extends to NightLase for snoring, along with Smoothlase and LipLase. New patients begin with a comprehensive dental exam and cleaning plus a personalized treatment plan. Meadows Family Dentistry submits dental treatment fees to your insurance provider at each visit, works with all insurance plans that offer the freedom to choose your dental provider, and offers in-house membership plans plus CareCredit and LendingClub financing.

What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do you take my dental insurance?
We submit your dental treatment fees directly to your insurance provider at each visit and collect only the estimated co-pay at the time of service. Dr. Polson and Dr. Klein are Premier Providers with Delta Dental, and we work with all insurance plans that offer the freedom to choose your dental provider. If you have questions about your coverage, our team can call your insurance company to research your benefits.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Our in-house membership plans provide affordable options for routine visits along with discounts on many procedures. We also partner with CareCredit and LendingClub, so qualified patients can spread the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments. Our team can walk you through the application during your visit.
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive dental exam and cleaning. We assess your oral health, discuss any immediate concerns and create a personalized treatment plan. Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras give accurate diagnostics, and you can fill out your patient forms online ahead of time to save time at the appointment.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We offer dentistry for children, including gentle pediatric dental care, sealants, eruption guidance and frenectomy, designed to encourage lifelong dental health.
What technology does the office use?
Our office uses cone beam CT, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, laser dentistry and sedation dentistry. The equipment is state of the art, which lets us tailor treatment with a modern approach.
I get anxious at the dentist. What are my options?
We offer sedation dentistry with relaxation techniques and sedation options for patients with dental anxiety or those undergoing extensive procedures. Laser dentistry also allows dental restorations without injections.
