Parker's Auto Service is a family owned and operated full service preventive maintenance and automotive repair center on Gallivan Blvd in Dorchester, in the Adams Village area of Boston. Rob Parker opened the shop in 2013 after 11 years as a Certified Master Technician at a Lincoln/Mercury dealership. The team of ASE certified and factory trained technicians handles brake repair, AC and heat repair, tires and alignments, steering and suspension, engine diagnostics, engine work, transmissions, and oil changes. All parts and services carry a 3 year / 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, and no work is performed without the customer's authorization.

FAQs
Can I drop my car off after hours?
Yes. There are after hours drop off envelopes on the outside of the shop. Fill out the envelope, put your keys inside, and drop it through the mail slot in the door. Early bird drop off is available as well.
Can I use Parker's Auto Service instead of the dealership?
Yes. The certified technicians use quality parts, and the shop offers three times the warranty a dealership does with a 3 year / 36,000 mile nationwide warranty.
How do I get to your shop?
The shop is located in the rear of the strip plaza at 610 Gallivan Blvd in Dorchester, in the Adams Village area. You can enter at both entrances and go out back.
Will you work with my aftermarket warranty company?
Yes. Parker's Auto Service is an authorized repair facility and can work with many aftermarket warranties.
What warranty do you offer?
All parts and services come with a 3 year / 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, so the job is covered whether you are at home or on the road.
What are your hours?
The shop is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Military and first responders get 15% off labor with ID shown. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
