Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. The Maidskeeping team arrives prepared with all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain product.
How much will a cleaning cost?
Pricing is based on factors like clutter, pets and lifestyle, with base pricing set by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Additional services such as laundry and window cleaning cost extra, and you can get a real-time estimate on the booking page.
Do your cleaners go through a background check?
Yes. All members of the Maidskeeping team are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check as the last step in the pre-screening process, and cleaners are insured and bonded as well.
What is your 100% Stress-Free Guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, Maidskeeping will come out and re-clean within a 7-day window. If you still do not think the job was good enough to recommend them to friends and family, they refund your money.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service, let Maidskeeping know within 24 hours of completion and a team is sent out to make it right within a 7-day window. If you are still not happy after the re-clean, a full refund is offered.
